Complain about how we handle your information

If something we have done with your personal information is not right, tell us here or by email to privacy@theconfidentlearningco.org. We would rather hear it than not.

Tell us your name, the email address we hold for you, and what your complaint is about. Then send us the detail by email, in your own words, with any dates or documents that help. We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and respond within 30 days.
